  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sugar.
  • Pour in the applesauce and milk, then mix until combined & slightly lumpy.
  • Heat and grease a frying pan.
  • Spoon the batter onto the pan and cook on medium-low heat. Flip when bubbles appear.
  • Cook each pancake until each side is golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
