Whole-wheat pancakes
Another healthy pancake recipe for your weekend brunch! These pancakes are great when served with nut butter, chocolate sauce, and fresh fruit.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sugar.
Pour in the applesauce and milk, then mix until combined & slightly lumpy.
Heat and grease a frying pan.
Spoon the batter onto the pan and cook on medium-low heat. Flip when bubbles appear.
Cook each pancake until each side is golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
