Basic vanilla protein pancakes

These pancakes are low in fat, high in protein, and super easy to make!

  • In a bowl, whisk together the vanilla, applesauce, maple syrup, and almond milk.
  • Sift in the remaining (dry) ingredients, then mix until just combined.
  • Let the batter sit for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, grease and heat a frying pan.
  • Spoon some batter onto the pan, cooking on medium-low heat and flipping when bubbles appear.
  • Cook each pancake until both sides are golden brown. Serve with desired toppings and enjoy!
