Basic vanilla protein pancakes
These pancakes are low in fat, high in protein, and super easy to make!

cup
whole wheat flour

vanilla protein powder

plant-based
1
tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
1/4
cup
applesauce
1/2
cup
plant-based milk
1
tbsp
maple syrup
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the vanilla, applesauce, maple syrup, and almond milk.
Sift in the remaining (dry) ingredients, then mix until just combined.
Let the batter sit for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, grease and heat a frying pan.
Spoon some batter onto the pan, cooking on medium-low heat and flipping when bubbles appear.
Cook each pancake until both sides are golden brown. Serve with desired toppings and enjoy!
