Chia pudding

Strawberry "nice cream"

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup strawberries | or other berries of your choice; frozen
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk

Instructions

  • In a jar, whisk together all chia pudding ingredients and set aside for 2+ hours in the fridge. Stir after the first hour to ensure even distribution.
  • Once you are ready to eat, place the bananas, berries, and milk in a blender. Process the mixture until smooth and creamy, then pour into the jar and layer with the chia pudding as desired. Enjoy!
