creamy peanut butter

plant-based milk

flour

60g; use GF if needed

vanilla protein powder

baking powder
cinnamon

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, peanut butter, and milk. If your protein powder is not sweet, feel free to add in a splash of sweetener.
Sift in flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Stir until a few lumps remain -- do not overmix!
Heat and grease a frying pan.
Spoon some batter onto the pan and cook on medium-low heat. Flip each pancake when bubbles appear, cooking until both sides are golden brown.
Serve with desired toppings and enjoy!
