Ingredients

nut / seed butter

60g; I used peanut butter

applesauce

maple syrup

vanilla protein powder

desiccated coconut

40g; or use ground nuts / seeds of your choice

rolled oats

80g; ground into flour

cocoa powder

Instructions
In a
food processor
, combine all the above ingredients and blend into a homogeneous mixture.
If the mixture is too dry, add in a few tablespoons of water to help with blending.
Roll the mixture into 16-20 balls (about 1-2 tablespoons each) and place on a flat tray. Let set in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
